Pet Policy

701 Hudson is a pet-friendly community where cats and dogs are welcome! We allow a maximum of 2 pets per household and pet rent is $50 per pet per month. There is also a refundable $250 deposit per pet. There is a 50 lb weight limit for dogs and aggressive breeds are not allowed.. Please reach out to our leasing team for questions about pets other than cats and dogs.
